Everyone has a different sensitivity to light whilst sleeping. For some of our clients, light is no bother at all but for others, even the slightest bit of light results in a ruined sleep.
By far, our best product which cuts out 99% of the light is roller blinds in side channels. This blind is fantastic for light sleepers, cinema rooms or for any other area which needs to be dark.
There are other blinds which also come with blackout material and blackout hardware though there will be gaps around the blind which allow light bleed. For most of our clients these blinds are perfectly fine to help with a good night’s sleep.
